Terms and Conditions

Please take the time to carefully read our policy.

Scheduling step for a new client:

  • Currently, appointments can only be made via email.
  • Before accepting, a new client will get an email with questions.
  • For new clients to secure a spot, a $50 deposit is required.
  • After booking, a new client should expect to get an email or SMS with the intake form.
  • Fill out this form as soon as you get it or at least 2 hours before your appointment time.
  • If a client's health history changes, they must notify the therapist in advance of each session.

Before and after the appointment:

  • If you have pets at home, please put them away to protect them in case the therapist tips over and interrupts the session.
  • The ideal spot for the service is wherever the client is most comfortable; a darker area is preferred. 
  • While the client is undressing and getting dressed, the therapist needs a bathroom to wash their hands before and after.
  • 15 to 20 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment, the therapist will arrive for setup.
  • Clients expect to be serviced for the full time scheduled if the therapist is unable to arrive on time due to circumstances.
  • Before the session begins, the therapist may review the intake form, and at the conclusion of the session, the therapist may go over the soap note.

For Private Massage Parties:

  • When you're ready for a massage, that's the ideal time to schedule an appointment. Not right before or right after a party.
  • While the therapist sets up, each person getting a massage will be handed an intake form to complete.
  • Each person may be asked a few questions by the therapist before and after.
  • Once a client has filled out the intake form and is ready for treatment, the massage begins.   
  • The massage table requires a few minutes to be sanitized after each usage.
  • A disposable sheet and face cradle will be used on the massage table.
  • For your comfort, feel free to use your own towel on top of the disposable sheet. 
  • If a client would rather not drape as much, the therapist will provide a towel to cover your private areas.  
  • Undraping is not permitted for Private Massage Party; if anyone requests it, the therapist will be terminated or leave without refund.

During the service:

  • In all cases, draping is required. 
  • Clients have the option to cover intimate parts with a large towel or completely drape, kindly be specific while making an appointment.
  • For client preference, Clients can choose a light sheet instead of a blanket or cover with large towel for private areas
  • Either our hypoallergenic oil or our soothe and relax oil will be applied. Both are free of scent.
  • Electricity is required for the therapist to utilize a heating pad  and towel warmer during the session.
  • No bedroom is an exception for male clients.

Traveling fees:

  • Travel fees are not included in the price; they are $25 per trip within 15 miles and $2 for each additional mile. 
  • For a pricing quote, please contact me prior to making an appointment.

Payment: 

  • Cash, credit cards, and Apple Pay are accepted for the remainder of the service.

Cancellation, Reschedule, Refund

Cancellation/Reschedule:

  • Rescheduling needs to be made at least 24 hours prior to the initial appointment.
  • For cancellations, clients must provide more than 24 hours' notice to avoid a 50% late fee.

Refund:

  • We reserve the right to terminate and leave right away if we feel unsafe or disturbed; there will be no refunded.
  • If the massage service must be terminated earlier, there will be no refund.
  • In any event, if we are unable to contact you within 20 minutes of our arrival, the session will be canceled and there will be no refund.
  • In the event that there is not enough space when the therapist arrives, we reserve the right to terminate the session without providing a refund.

Safety and Privacy

  • Every session will be monitored by friends and family to ensure the therapist's safety.
  • They would not have access to the medical records of the client, but they would have the client's name, address, and phone number.
  • While en route to the client's residence, the therapist will check in with them.
  • The therapist has the right to cancel and depart without providing a refund if they notice something potentially dangerous or uncomfortable both before and during the service. 
  • In the event of a client emergency, the therapist will contact the number that was given or 911 if the client is in danger or cannot be reached by the emergency contact.
  • In any dangerous scenario, therapist have a right to call law enforcement or 911.
  • We do not allow clients to contact me anything other than booking an appointment or services; if this occurs frequently, you will be banned.
