Terms and Conditions

Please read our terms and conditions carefully 


My business hours:

  • I will respond to texts or emails between 8:00 am and 6:00 p.m.
  • I might reply sooner for existing clients who require a massage same or next day.
     

Scheduling step for a new client:

  • Currently, appointments can only be made via email.
  • Before accepting, a new client will get an email with questions.
  • For new clients to secure a spot, a $50 deposit is required.
  • After booking, a new client should expect to get an email or SMS with the intake form.
  • Fill out this form as soon as you get it or at least 2 hours before your appointment time.


Existing client:

  • Clients can log in and book through your account at any time.
  • If you need a massage in less than 24 hours, please text or email me.
  • If your health history changes, they must notify me in advance of each session.


Before and after the service:

  • The most suitable spot for the service is wherever you feel most at ease; a large, quiet space is ideal.   
  • While you are undressing and getting dressed, I need a bathroom to wash my hands and arms.
  • Before the session begins, I may review the intake form, and at the conclusion of the session, I may go over the soap note.


During the service:

  • In all cases, draping is required. 
  • Clients have the option to cover intimate parts with a large towel or completely drape, kindly be specific while making an appointment.
  • A fragrance-free oil or lotion will be applied. I usually use oil for most sessions, however please let me know if you would prefer lotion. 
  • A unique oil that has been blended to boost healing may be utilized for a deep rejuvenation session, and it may have a soothing smell.
  • Electricity may be required for a heating pad, lube bottle warmer, or towel warmer during the session.


For Private Massage Parties:

  • When you're ready for a massage, that's the ideal time to schedule an appointment. Not right before or right after a party.
  • While the therapist sets up, each person getting a massage will be handed an intake form to complete.
  • Each person may be asked a few questions by me before and after.
  • Once a client has filled out the intake form and is ready for treatment, the massage begins.   
  • The massage table requires a few minutes to be sanitized after each usage.
  • A disposable sheet and face cradle will be used on the massage table.
  • For your comfort, feel free to use your own towel on top of the disposable sheet. 
  • If any of you would rather not drape as much, I will provide a towel to cover your private areas.  
  • Undraping is not permitted for Private Massage Party; if anyone requests it, I will be terminated or leave without refund.


Traveling fees:

  • Travel fees are not included in the price; they are $25 per trip within 15 miles and $2 for each additional mile. 
  • For a pricing quote, please contact me prior to making an appointment.


Payment: 

  • Cash, credit cards, and Apple Pay are accepted for the remainder of the service.


Cancellation, Reschedule, and Refund

Cancellation/Reschedule:

  • Rescheduling needs to be made at least 24 hours prior to the initial appointment.
  • For cancellations, clients must provide more than 24 hours' notice to avoid a 50% late fee.
  • Clients who do not show up for a scheduled appointment once I arrived within 15 minutes or notify me in advance will be charged/billed for the full price.
  • Should a life emergency force me to cancel the session, the deposit will be refunded.  The client may reschedule at any time.
  • I accept that last-minute cancellations for verified emergencies or illnesses will generally not trigger any late cancellation fees.


Refund:

  • I reserve the right to terminate and leave right away if we feel unsafe or disturbed; there will be no refunded.
  • If the massage service must be terminated earlier, there will be no refund.
  • If there is not enough space when I arrive, I reserve the right to terminate the session without providing a refund.
  • If a pet is present when I'm on duty, the session may be terminated. No refund will be given. 

Massage Guidelines and Expectations

  • Clients are expected to be clean and have showered before receiving massage (on the same day).
  • Clients are asked to avoid eating a heavy meal during the two hours prior to receiving massage.
  • Please be at home at least 20 minutes before the session begins to allow me time to set up.
  • If I am unable to come on time for any reason, you expect to be serviced for the entire time allotted.
  • If you have pets at home, please put them away to protect them in case I tip over and interrupts the session.
  • To ensure that you get the most relaxation possible, please keep your toddler in a different room while I give you a massage.
  • Clients with acute injuries or conditions that are outside of the scope of practice for massage should consult with their doctor
  • No smoking prior to my arrival.
  • The medical records of the client will be kept confidential at all times.
  • Clients experiencing symptoms of an active systemic or localized infection (e.g. fever, sore throat, edema) during a planned massage should tell me and reschedule.
  • My massages are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

Boundaries and Safety

My boundaries:

This massage practice only provides massage and bodywork therapies for therapeutic or relaxing purposes. I am licensed by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation to practice massage therapy.  I provide professional services in accordance with all legal local laws. I have a policy of zero patience and zero tolerance. Clients who violate any of these will have their session ended without a refund and could get banned. In the worst-case scenario, 911 or the police will be contacted.  If the massage terminates for any of these reasons, full payment for the booked session is still required, and your credit card on file will be charged. 


  • Draping is mandatory; the very least I will do is cover your private area with a large towel or a sheet without a blanket for warmth.
  • Before, during, and after the session, there are no sexual advances or solicitations, insulting acts or language, harassment, and threatening speech or behavior.
  • If a client requests that I massage anyplace near their private parts, I will discontinue my services.
  • Any client under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not receive service.
  • I do not allow clients to contact me anything other than booking an appointment or services; if this occurs frequently, you will be banned.
  • I will only provide my services to elderly and hospice patients who are unable to walk in a bedroom.
  • Photos and videos are not allowed for my private and professional boundaries.  As well as a ring or house camera, if necessary, without revealing my face.


Safety:

  • If I am injured by a pet, I have to report it to the police.  
  • To ensure my safety, I shared my location with my family members at all times. 
  • I have the right to cancel and depart without providing a refund if I notice something potentially dangerous or uncomfortable both before and during the service.
  • Under the event of a client emergency, I shall call the number provided or 911 if you are in danger due to illness or cannot be reached by the specified emergency contact.  
  • In any dangerous scenario, I have the right to call law enforcement or 911.
